About Leila
Graduating from Harvard Medical School changed how I view biological systems. I think in pathways and systemic connections.
Working with pre-med students means I see exactly where the AAMC tests students the hardest. My knowledge of photosynthesis and respiration, homeostasis, and physiology is deep. I also cover DNA and RNA structure, cell biology, the nervous system, and human anatomy.
Mitosis, meiosis, genetics, and inheritance are frequent topics in my sessions. It is quite rewarding to watch a student finally connect these concepts to clinical medicine.
