My teaching methods for the mind are to awake the students to "Mindful Thinking" techninques. These techniques, combined with meditation and deep breathing exercises allow the mind to erase negative thoughts and free the mind of self - doubt.
Guided Meditation and deep breathing exercises allow the body to relax and relieve stress from the day , allowing students to feel completely related in the classrom. Following the exercises, students feel refreshed and de- stressed.
Wellness is a multifaceted approach to a health life: Nutrition, Exercise, Positive Outlook, Stress Reduction Techninques, are basic foundations incorporated in the course materials.
