About Vira
I am a passionate and dedicated singing tutor with over 9 years of teaching experience, helping students of all levels discover and refine their unique voice. Throughout my journey, I have successfully guided between 150 to 200 students, each with different goals, backgrounds, and musical interests. This experience has shaped my ability to adapt my teaching style to suit individual learning needs.
My approach to teaching is centred around personalised learning. I believe that every voice is unique, and therefore, every student deserves a customised learning plan. I carefully assess each student’s strengths, challenges, and aspirations before designing lessons that build confidence, technique, and musical expression. Whether a beginner learning the basics or an advanced learner aiming to polish performance skills, I ensure every session is structured, engaging, and goal-oriented.
I focus on developing core vocal techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, tone quality, and vocal range, while also encouraging creativity and emotional connection to music. I incorporate a variety of exercises, real-song practice, and performance-based learning to make lessons enjoyable and effective.
In addition to technical training, I help students overcome stage fear, improve their musical ear, and build confidence in their abilities. My unique strength lies in creating a supportive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable experimenting and growing.
My ultimate goal is not just to teach singing, but to inspire a lifelong love for music and self-expression in every student I work with.

My singing teaching approach is built on flexibility, creativity, understanding, and organised time management. I believe that singing is both a technical skill and a form of artistic expression, so students should learn how to combine technique with emotion.
I start lessons with foundational exercises such as breathing, vocal warm-ups, pitch control, tone improvement, and articulation. Creativity is emphasised to allow students to explore songs, genres, and emotional interpretation, helping them develop confidence and a personal style. I also focus on understanding each student’s learning pace and challenges, providing patient guidance and constructive feedback.
Lessons are structured carefully so that time is used efficiently for technical exercises, song practice, and performance coaching. In addition to singing, I also teach rhythm exercises, music theory, and stage presence to help students grow into confident and expressive performers.
