About Mo

I am Mohammed Ali, I’ve been in the sport for 6 years and I have been providing 1-2-1 private sessions for 2.5 years. I give boxing sessions to anyone who wants to box either you're a beginner or advanced, I make sure they're fun and worth it. If your goals are to lose weight, self-defence, have fun or just improve your boxing skills I have the skills and knowledge to help you achieve this. My Instagram and Tiktok has some of my work on there I am Working currently on my level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training and level 4 Strength & Conditioning. I’ve boxed for several years but now want to coach, I also manage my own football team where I demonstrate my managing and coaching skills further.

About the lesson

1-2-1 Boxing Sessions - Strength & Conditioning - Beginners/Advanced - Fitness - Padwork - Defence - Attack I always start off my students with the basics in boxing which is the stance, guard and footwork, learning how to move whilst keeping your form and stance in the correct position. Once the student seems comfortable I teach them how to throw a jab which is usually the most used punch in boxing and then the back hand which is the power shot. As students progress I will show them how to throw different punches whilst moving and also various types of attacks, defences and counter punches.
