About Ana Beatriz
I am 22 years old and I am doing my master's degree in architecture and urban design in France, where I have lived since 2019. I speak French and English fluently, so I can also give lessons to non-French speaking students. I am passionate about the learning process and the functioning of languages in general, even if it is not my professional choice, I am very interested in understanding the way in which the language influences and is appropriated by the culture of its speakers .

The courses are aimed at all levels and are based on the Brazilian variant of Portuguese, but I will always make necessary comments on the content when it differs from the European variant.
At the start, our courses will focus on mastering grammar and acquiring vocabulary. In this context, I intend to use elements of Brazilian culture, in particular songs, literary texts, reports, film extracts and "telenovelas", aiming at contextualizing the student and developping his oral and written comprehension skills. The vocabulary and sources presented will be adapted to the student's interests.
For more advanced levels, I offer a work on the different registers of the language, so that the student can learn to adapt his speech to different situations of communication with autonomy. The written improvement will also be worked on with dictations and directed textual productions. In addition, for those who want it, I can work on the improvement of the pronunciation regarding the reduction of the accent.
The structure and the frequency of the courses remain open and can be adapted to the demand and availability of the student.
