About Ross
I am a dedicated piano tutor committed to helping students of all ages learn effectively and confidently. I hold Master’s degrees in Music, providing strong knowledge in theory, technique, and performance. I have taught beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students preparing for exams, recitals, and competitions. My lessons are student-centred, personalised, and designed to balance creativity with structured learning. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students relate rhythm, melody, and harmony to practical situations. Motivation is central, and I encourage students to set goals, monitor progress, and celebrate milestones.

I teach piano with a student-centred methodology that combines creativity, structure, and practical learning. Problem-solving is an integral part of my lessons, guiding students to analyse challenges, explore different approaches, and develop independent thinking skills that strengthen both their technical ability and musical interpretation.
