About Shakira
I’m currently a finance student in my second year. I love teaching because it makes me feel good to use my capacity to improve and help others. Moreover, I love kids and I’m good at approaching them in the right way. When I was a child I also had tutors which helped me a lot and others who were not great therefore I can understand what the student would like to hear and what not. I repute myself quite good in running the lessons smoothly and not with a lot of useless words. Therefore, my goal is to teach in a fun and effective way so that the child is able to love the subject and not dislike it.

I’m very open and professional. As a young student with recent experience in how to approach the new study methods I’m able to approach the teaching in a manner that the child appreciates what he is doing and I will make sure I’ll be always present when needed. Moreover, since I lived in Italy until the age of 15 and then moved to the UK I have two different approaches to studies which will help me understand how to make sure the child understands my methodology of delivering lessons. I furthermore, love maths and solving problems which I hope I can transfer to the student.
