I actively assist my younger employees take advantage of college tuition assistance at work and applying to colleges. Afterwards I assist with tutoring them and proof reading essays, projects and classwork. On top of assisting all of the kids with homework!

Each lesson will consist of the following basics and will be customized to the unique needs required by the student.
-Review of class/grade level goal for the unit
-Top level review of subject and section
-Analysis of the current level of knowledge held by the individual
-Review of self-identified weaknesses and discuss with individual
-Creation of a goal plan to achieve reachable goals and milestones
After initial lesson above subsequent lessons will follow the goal plan to achieve the goals and milestones established. Lessons will individually curated to the needs of the student to improve the weaknesses and turn them into strengths.
