I am a freelance creative and business consultant. I have been a successful freelancer since 2013 and a business consultant since 2017. I have a degree in Photography and Video as well as qualifications in event management, CBT training and Leadership and Management.

Confidence is knowing what you’re good at, the value you provide, and acting in a way that conveys that to those around you. Its importance is justified in recent research, which shows that when people are put in situations where they are expected to not do well, their performance plunges. Quite literally, they get into a negative headspace and behave in an undesirable manner.
My tutoring methods are adapted to my students, though I find an interactive, discussion focused approach delivers the best results. I always start out with a consultation to find out what my clients needs are before planning a fun and very effective journey.
Example of a lesson structure
- Discussion about what aspects you would like to build confidence in, including any insecurities you may
have.
- why its important to be confident within the workplace .
- How to improve aspects of your work life e.g. changing your viewpoints, acknowledgement of your
achievements and how to reward yourself.
- A series of exercisers such as projection, how to remain calm in high pressure situations, how to
handle being put on the spot and coping methods for office confrontation.
- The difference between confident and humble vs cocky and arrogant
