About Nicola
My name is Nicola and I work as an independent Life Coach, working with individuals, creatives, athletes, business leaders and corporate clients to achieve their personal and professional goals.
With a background in Occupational Psychology and Leadership Development, I’ve worked with a variety of people to help them achieve the balance and harmony they want in life.
I have also worked in, and worked with, people from various industry sectors including Oil & Gas, Construction & Property, Investment Banking and Public Sector, so I understand the importance of balancing the everyday demands of a busy life with achieving the work-life balance you desire.
Through my work as a Yoga Instructor, I work with my clients to help them achieve their goals towards physical development.

At Flow in Yoga, I provide Life Coaching for anyone who wants to explore new options and pathways in their current circumstances, to set objectives and achieve their personal goals and to develop a better understanding of themselves and attain more self-awareness.
My approach is simple: through a person-centred approach, I will talk with you to understand your goals, develop techniques to coach you through your goals and provide you with feedback to develop you along the way.
Sessions are 1 hour in duration and can take place either face to face, telephone or via Skype.
I offer a free 30 minute call to confirm that I am the right coach for you. The session will give you a taster of my style of coaching, as well as the chance to ask any questions. From there, if we both feel that we are a good fit for each other, we can discuss how we can work effectively together.
