I am an international business student who has always been keen on helping people with their stress and figuring ways to make life easier. Since a young age I have struggled with stress myself. Throughout, I have had several chances to help out people to become more confident in themselves and find ways to manage their stress.

Following that, I would take small steps to help you manage stress, and find techniques or strategies that best work for the student.
