About Scarlett

I'm a professional theatre writer, theatre maker & facilitator. I went to school in France for a decade where I learned to write in calligraphy using fountain pens & still do so to this day. As someone who uses calligraphy daily, I have the knowledge & experience to get you writing like a Victorian urchin too!

About the lesson

Want to write like an old-timey ghost trapped in a haunted mansion? Want to write like you're writing a letter to a long-lost husband who may or may not be lost at sea? Want to feel extremely fancy? Then calligraphy is for you! I grew up going to an incredibly strict French school where we learned to write like Victorian children & you can too! I've been using calligraphy & writing with a fountain pen for over 20 years & have several years' experience teaching people how to get fancy with their fountain pen. I'll provide specialised calligraphy paper & a beginner's fountain pen with your first lesson & you'll be writing like Henry 5th signing his wine's death warrants before you know it!
