About Alice
Hello,
My name is Alice and I am an English teacher and examiner trained by Cambridge. I gained my CELTA certificate back in 2013 in Lisbon and have been teaching ever since. I have trained, and continue to train, students for Cambridge exams for A1 through to C2, and numerous students for IELTS. In addition to this, I train professionals to give presentations and help them write reports. My lessons are tailored to individual needs and interests, and even if you would like to learn just for fun, I would be happy to prepare classes for that purpose!

What I offer:
- Examination preparation course for: IELTS, CPE, CAE, FCE, PET & KET focusing on the individual's weaknesses.
- General English course where I create a Google Classroom for the student and upload all materials for our class. I make sure we cover all bases i.e speaking, reading, listening, and writing. The structure and material are unique to each student as I tailor my lessons to the individual.
- Informal conversation lessons which are very flexible- can be general chit-chat on what has been happening in the past week or based off materials that I sent for homework (videos/radio programs/news articles).
I am experienced in teaching English to ALL levels (A1-C2).
- English for the Workplace course: this is usually specific English that you need at work and usually focuses on presentation work and writing reports. Please note that I can help with translation from Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese if you require such help.
