About Aaron
I am not going to lie to you and write some nonsense about how I absolutely love tutoring and nothing fills me with more joy. Most tutors who say that are straight up lying and only want your money. So I am going to be honest about that; I am just a poor student who happens to be talented in the STEM subjects trying to make some money to afford university, but that does not mean I won’t care about my students or be a poor teacher, in order to make the most money I must be as good a tutor as possible and establish proper connections with my students to build up my reputation and end up being able to charge more. So whilst I don’t inherently care about teaching, I promise to be the best teacher I can possibly be to my students.

I intend to put the students needs first, to start with I will schedule a meeting just to work out exactly what the student is struggling on in their chosen subject and what they feel comfortable with and need less work on, then I will revisit my past notes or do research on those particular areas to remind myself and know them like the back of my hand before our next meeting where (depending on what the student prefers) I’ll either plan a proper lesson style around it or have the student take the lead and ask me specific questions or just blurt all they know and have me correct them. Then for future lessons I will curate specific exam style questions for them to go over which I’ll mark.
