About Ben
I am a recent Cambridge PhD graduate in French and Philosophy. I love learning - the thrill of discovery and the satisfaction of gradually building your store of knowledge until you can create exciting original ideas of your own. This is what I want to pass on to my students - a love of learning, and the reassurance that you can master any subject with the right perspective. Right now, I am writing and publishing books and articles in philosophy. My goal is to inspire students academically as well as coach them strategically on how to succeed at examination.

I offer 1:1 mentorship for students at any stage of education. I create a friendly and supportive environment in which no question is too big or too small. The goal is to gradually build confidence and foster enjoyment of a subject while tactically preparing for exams. My strategy is to pinpoint individual strengths and interests and then tailor the curriculum to that unique learning style. The overall aim is for students to walk away feeling both confident about the exam and inspired to continue exploring the subject beyond the classroom.
