About Sera
My lessons would be tailored to best suit each individual student based on their learning style, and will be focused on addressing their specific problem areas, whether that be conceptual misconceptions, or exam technique. I like to heavily focus on exam practice and past paper questions to solidify knowledge, and to ensure students are fully prepared and confident. Most importantly, I aim to make my lessons as enjoyable and fun as possible.

I am a 5th year veterinary student studying at the University of Cambridge. I also hold a BSc with honours in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Cambridge, having studied zoology in my intercalated year. I have always loved science, and studied Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at A-level, achieving A*A*A, as well as all 9-7s at GCSE. I am very enthusiastic and passionate about science, as well as a diligent and hard worker, and would aim to help students enjoy these challenging subjects, as well as achieve their aspirational grades. Having gone through exams and the university application processes recently, I fully understand what is needed to achieve top grades, and would love to help students reach their full potential. I have tutored both GCSE and A-level content for 5 years, and have experience teaching students aiming to achieve a range of grades. I offer A-level and GCSE tutoring in Biology, as well as GCSE tutoring in Chemistry and Physics. Additionally, I received all 5 offers from the universities I applied to, and offer personal statement writing assistance, university interview preparation, as well as general university admission advice, specifically Oxbridge (Oxford and Cambridge) and veterinary medicine. I have flexible hours, and offer to tutor through the holidays.
