About Stressy
My name is Stressy, yup that’s the real name! It came from an engineering term shear stress. I was born in the Philippines and grew up in New Zealand. The first time I taught English was in a Colombian public school in Bogotá 5 years ago. I fell in love with teaching and have taught English in Madrid and online. I also volunteered to teach English to newly migrants in Sydney and supported them in getting jobs. I have a CELTA certificate and a bachelor in psychology.
