About Kondru
I am Bhargavi Kondru, a passionate and experienced Chess Coach with a strong academic background and a deep love for the game. I have three years of professional coaching experience at Chessensi Academy, Bengaluru, where I trained students of various age groups and skill levels. My approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, enhancing strategic thinking, and preparing students for competitive play. As a multiple-time first-prize winner in ANU chess tournaments and a runner-up in the All India South Zone Chess Championship, I bring both practical tournament experience and motivational coaching to the table. I create personalized training plans, conduct structured group and one-on-one sessions, and mentor students for local and national competitions. I believe in fostering discipline, critical thinking, and confidence in each of my students, helping them not only improve their game but also grow intellectually.
