About Rachelle

Hello, I'm Rachelle-Marie Tisdale, a passionate educator with over a decade of experience in teaching science, reading, writing, and physics. I have 10+ years of experience teaching/tutoring, and my favorite population is students in 6th-12th grade. I also love teaching English to English language learners! I have an AZ certification in Biology for secondary education, and a substitute certification to teach K-12. I hold a Medical Degree (D.O.) and am a Certified Life Coach, bringing a unique perspective to my teaching approach. My ALIGN modality is at the heart of my tutoring philosophy, guiding students to become aware of their strengths, let go of limiting beliefs, and set intentional goals aligned with their core values. This approach not only enhances academic performance but also fosters personal growth and self-mastery. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to explore and ask questions. Each lesson is tailored to the student's individual needs, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience. My sessions are designed for middle school to high school students who are eager to excel and deepen their understanding of these subjects. I am committed to walking alongside my students on their academic journey, offering encouragement and insight every step of the way. Let's embark on this learning adventure together and unlock your full potential!

About the lesson

As a dedicated educator with over 10 years of experience, I bring a holistic approach to online tutoring in science, reading, writing, and physics.

A typical lesson plan begins with assessing the student's current understanding and setting clear objectives for the session. We then dive into interactive and engaging activities tailored to the student's unique learning style, ensuring that complex concepts are simplified and relatable. My sessions are designed to be flexible and adaptive, providing a supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring and asking questions.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to connect with students on a personal level, understanding their individual needs and motivations. I am committed to walking alongside my students as they navigate their learning journey, offering encouragement and insight every step of the way.

These lessons are perfect for middle school to high school students who are eager to deepen their understanding and excel in their studies. Whether you're looking to boost your grades, prepare for exams, or simply explore these subjects with curiosity, I'm here to support you in achieving your academic goals. I can't wait to work with you!

Ms.Rachelle is one of my favorite teachers. We learned a lot in our science class and had so much fun with her as our teacher. She knows how to get through to her students and teach them everything they need to know. I was so sad to find out she was going to have to stop teaching at my school.
