About Anne

Originally from the German-speaking community in Belgium, I lived in Brussels and Ghent. I have worked in very different areas in my life, but none of these areas touched me like Yoga. At the moment I travel a lot and would like to give Yoga classes at your place, in your living room, for guaranteed relaxation.

About the lesson

I had to learn myself that relaxation and taking time for myself, for my body, for my well-being is important in order to be able to live an extraordinary life. During this trip, I discovered the world of Yoga. I would love to share my passion with you and ensure total relaxation.

I never really tried yoga before, but this was a fantastic experience that made me wanna do more of it! Anne has wonderful energy, which naturally transforms the class into a peaceful and enjoyable meditation session. My body and mind felt great afterwards. Definitely recommended!

I had a fantastic session with Anne this morning! We did the Harry Potter yoga- an absolute must for any Harry Potter fans out there! 🪄 The session was the perfect mix of basic yoga techniques (I was a complete beginner) and guided meditations- the perfect start to a relaxing weekend and I didn’t even have to leave my apartment!

Thank you so much Anne, will definitely be attending future sessions with you- hopefully outside when the weather improves!
