I come from zero athletic background. I wasn’t strong or coordinated. Many movements felt difficult to me. That experience shaped how I coach: with patience, clear guidance, and a focus on helping you truly understand how your body moves. I know that progress takes time, and that’s okay.
I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe that fitness is a journey and you see results by building sustainable habits overtime. I’m here to guide you on how to exercise, move your body and progress in a safe, sustainable manner.
I’ll keep you accountable and meet you where you are, so you can build strength in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

We'll start with a free 30 minute introductory call to get to know each other and, most importantly, talk about your goals and expectations. From there, we’ll schedule our first session.
All sessions, whether online or in person, are 60 minutes and follow a consistent structure: warm-up, main workout, and cool-down/stretch.
For online training, minimal equipment is required. Let me know what you have and we’ll create an effective session with what’s available.
In-person training takes place either at a gym in downtown Montreal or at your apartment gym (downtown, Montreal area). If you're outside the area, I'd be happy to make the commute, but there will be transportation fee depending on the distance.

Highly, highly recommend.Perfect! Issree has been very friendly and knowledgeable with her coaching! She has been able to answer all my questions and helped to come up with a workout plan for my fitness goals moving forward. I've only had a few training sessions so far but I've found the workouts to be effective without being needlessly brutal. The progress so far has been solid and she's been encouraging the entire time, I whole heartedly recommend her as your trainer!

Issree is an amazing coach! She gives out clear explanations with a focus on what you should/shouldn’t do to avoid injuries. She is very patient even when I have tons of questions. She is always ready to give regression and progression depending on how you are doing. I love that she pays attention to your form and gives instant feedback so you know what you should be correcting. I have started training with her for around a month now and I am surprised by how much I got stronger only training once a week. She clearly knows how to push you and get you stronger safely. I highly recommend her as a coach especially if you are a beginner or you are scared to get injured. With her you are in a safe environment and I feel like I am improving week after week with her!
