About Jerome
Certified Teacher of Vinyasa Yoga by SAMYAK Yoga School I teach a dynamic Yoga for all levels. I also practice many sports related to the movement such as capoeira, climbing, gymnastics and am Instructor of the Wim Hof Method (breathing method, meditation, immersion in ice water). Passionate about the body and nutrition, I am currently training in sports nutrition and recovery of injuries related to poor posture and sport.

I teach a Yoga Vinyasa combining stretching, integral muscular strengthening and movement with full awareness of the posture and in connection with the breathing. I lead beginners to understand the correct alignments and acquire a better body awareness and can also bring beginners as well as confirmed students towards advanced postures sitting, standing or on the hands. My courses are open to all public (men, women, children, adults) and at all levels. I adapt my classes according to the physical condition of the student and propose variations adapted to its levels and likely to make it progress in the best and safely.
