About Manas
I am an experienced mindfulness and yoga coach, who strives to spread his knowledge in health, wellness, spirituality, consciousness, and culture. I am an advanced practitioner and teach from my personal experiences as well as acquired knowledge. Besides coaching, I also write about mental well-being, meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, and philosophy. I have authored a book on meditation.
