About Swetha
I have been introduced to the word " YOGA" at the age of 21.
I started practising Yoga physically and mentally at the age of 22.
From then Yoga has been in the journey of life which has changed my thoughts , my perception as an individual.
Stress plays a major role on our life. I had got the opportunity to come out of many circumstances with the help of Yoga.
Today i stand here to share my knowledge and want everyone to be stressfree.

Group Classes and one-one classes will be taken for adults and college students.
Below are the topics covered in the session:
1. Sukshma Vyayama
2. SuryaNamaskara
3. Asanas
4. Pranayama
5. Meditation ( Om and Cyclic) - To overcome Stress.
Beginner level classes will be taken first followed by Intermediate level.
