About Deepanshi
Hi I am Deepanshi, I am a certified yoga teacher completed 200 hr Yoga teacher training course from Aviyog. Practicing yoga since 1 year and 6 months. I am a passionate yogini, my aim is to deliver all i have learned till now to people who need this and help them to make their life better in anyway i can. After covid we have realised how much it is necessary for one to be fit not only physically but mentally and stable emotionally. Yoga is the solution of everything. We get to be physically fit, gain strength, emotionally and mentally strong through regular practice of meditation. Together i want to work for the people.

About the lesson

We are going to work on flexibility strength and on your mind through Asan Pranayam and Meditation techniques. It will be 1 hr class daily from Monday to Friday where we will start with stamina training then move towards flexibility simultaneously followed with Asans. Everyday we are going to practice meditation to calm our minds and make ourselves ready for the whole day. I promise you will thank yourself to take this initiative for yourself. You are just a step away towards feeling best of yourself ever if you haven’t started it yet do join with me.
