About Aurélie
Hi there !
I am Aurélie, an internationally certified Yoga teacher and Swiss pharmacist. With over 15 years of experience in pharmacy and 10 years in Yoga, I use my specialist knowledge to help students overcome their stress and burnout symptoms such as chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, digestive problems, irritability and anxiety through Yoga.
Yoga means union, and in my classes, I encourage you to find this union between mind, body and spirit through a safe and even playful exploration of postures and other techniques. My students tell me I have a calming voice, helping them relax and unlock some emotions and ideas they didn't know they had.
After each Yoga session, I feel fulfilled, knowing my students feel closer to their true selves, stronger and more connected to their mind and body. Improving their health is my mission. This is what I want to bring you in my classes : taking you on a journey that makes you stronger, more balanced, both physically and mentally, and towards becoming your best self.

My classes are creative and safe. Each student can express their needs and practice at their own pace and level. My goal is to make them feel stronger, calmer and more energetic after each class. I combine breathing techniques, physical and psychological aspects in my classes, from Hatha Yoga. I provide a safe space for my students to grow in confidence.
My courses are highly personalized, catering to individual needs. Feel free to message me if you would like to discuss how we can work towards achieving your goals.
Style : Hatha, Nidra and Meditation.
Focus : Body Alignment, Strength, Flexibility, Mobility, Mindcare, Health and Safety.
Level : Beginner to Advanced.
