About Naveen
I live in Slough and I have been practising yoga asanas naturally for nearly five years. I am also a sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for cricket. I was drawn to cricket because it involves a high level of physical activity, including running, agility, coordination, and concentration.
As a bowler, I developed a habit of ending each training session with deep stretching exercises to improve flexibility, aid recovery, and prevent injury. Over time, I realised that many of these stretches closely resembled traditional yoga postures and movements. This natural connection between sport and yoga sparked my interest in learning more about yoga and its wider benefits for physical and mental well-being.
Through regular practice, I have experienced improvements in flexibility, strength, balance, focus, and overall well-being, which inspired me to deepen my understanding of yoga and pursue formal training in yoga teaching.

I have been practising yoga personally for nearly five years and, for the past two years, have been working towards my Level 3 Diploma in Yoga Teaching. I have successfully completed and passed the practical and theory assessment and am currently awaiting the certification.
Professionally, I work as a Support worker, primarily supporting children and elderly with special needs and autism.
This role has enabled me to develop strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilities. I am confident in working with vulnerable children and always strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
I believe my passion for yoga, combined with my experience working with children and my compassionate nature, would enable me to make a positive contribution as a Children's Yoga Teacher. I am enthusiastic about helping children develop confidence, physical well-being, mindfulness, and emotional resilience through yoga.
I would be delighted to be considered for this opportunity and would welcome the chance to discuss my suitability for the role further.
