I am 45 yr female, friendly and Empathetic. I find the practice helps to stay active,balanced,self disciplined, feel contented and peaceful in professional as well as personal life.I am not a goal oriented or a therapeutic trainer.
i am here to support you to incorporate yoga gently in your life style.

I can customise practices for elderly people according to their present state of health to make them feel better and peaceful.I love to make them feel good about themselves.

I can speak English,Tamil, Telugu nicely and can manage Hindi and Malayalam too.see you soon.

About the lesson

I believe in slow and steady learning to understand and tune the body as well as mind towards conscious living,which will help you from future regrets.
The sessions will be friendly and with care for your wellbeing.
