About the lesson

I’m a dedicated Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Inorganic Chemistry. My passion lies in the fascinating field of food preservation chemistry and food analysis. I love exploring the chemical changes that occur during food spoilage and uncovering how antioxidants and emulsifiers work to protect our food.

I enjoy explaining the science behind various preservation methods such as canning, drying, and fermentation. These processes are not just techniques they are living chemistry that connects science with everyday life. In my lessons, I guide students to understand food safety and quality from a chemical perspective, linking theory to practical examples.

We explore how chemical reactions influence taste, texture, nutrition, and shelf life. My approach blends deep scientific insight with engaging explanations that make complex topics easier to grasp.
