For Students from low-income group, I consider reduction in fees, based on the Student's situation. I accept only after ascertaining the genuineness of the student. I generally return 75%, in case the booked class is cancelled, 48 hours in advance (minimum). 24 hours before, the student still could claim 50% of the amount.
