I am a baker still in the industry and love to share my passion of bread to you guys who want to make various bread at home whether for your family or a dinner party or parent child baking experiences.

About the lesson

I will teach you step by step technique in sourdough bread making and how to make your own levain(natural yeast) . We will alsp explore yeasted bread you wish to make at home such as bread rolls, baguettes or even turkish breads.
