About Tiara
I’m Tiara, a Christian Breathwork Practitioner based in Louisville, Kentucky. I’m certified in breathwork, polyvagal informed practices, and somatic wellness, and I also publish guided breathwork and grounding practices on Insight Timer under Tiara Dera. My approach is calm, practical, faith centered, and beginner friendly. I focus on helping people feel more grounded, present, and supported through gentle breathwork, nervous-system education, and simple practices they can use in everyday life.

My sessions are gentle, beginner-friendly, and personalized to what you need that day. I guide Christian breathwork, grounding, relaxation, somatic awareness, and polyvagal-informed nervous system practices in a calm, supportive way. Sessions may also include meditation, optional aromatherapy, and faith-centered reflection or prayer. My goal is to help you slow down, feel more present, and leave with practical tools you can use in everyday life.
