Christine MFA HONS: London online workshops and tutorial sessions, A Level to Adult

Christine is a thoroughly rigorous and creative professional; she applies an infectious energy, humour, and enthusiasm to all she does. She is dedicated to helping others whether through community action and teaching, when she is not carrying out her own design or artistic works.

We chaired our school’s parent community and fund-raising body together, supporting both the school community’s initiatives and coordinating the main annual festive fundraising and celebratory leavers events.

In my experience, Christine would have high expectations, offer creative insight and ideas and will get the most out of whatever challenges are presented, and bring out the best in a situation - all wrapped up in her warmth and humour.

I have taught art and design with Christine for the last year, in which time she has demonstrated excellent subject knowledge which has been communicated to students effectively through inspiring practical demonstrations and 1-1 sessions. She has worked with students in a patient and encouraging manner ensuring they reach their potential. She enthusiastically engages with new ideas and technology, is very organized, has great empathy and understanding of how different students learn and achieve in different ways, and is able to adapt her teaching style accordingly. It has been a pleasure to work with her and see how our students have benefited from her skills. I can not recommend her highly enough for any future teaching/tutor roles.
