About Raja
Hi, my name is Raja and I am currently a student pursuing my bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
I am currently a member of ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) and was a STEM scholar for the past 2 years.
I have taken advanced-level STEM courses (Science Technology Engineering and Math) and there are two things which I have learned in math to be good at it. Practice and learning from the right person. Even an easier subject or topic becomes harder when it is not learned from the right person. Even if you are not the best at math, if you practice every day, you will improve every day and become the best one day. That is the beauty of mathematics. As Bruce Lee said
"Practice makes perfect". This perfectly fits in mathematics because through practice, you not only get better at it, you enjoy the subject.

I like to go over examples with my students and then explain how we approached the problem and solved it. I believe this is more efficient than taking the theoretical approach first because once they know the mechanics of a specific problem, the theory becomes easier to understand. I like to give my students homework pretty much regularly because that way, they stay in practice and do not forget the topic and how to do it. The lessons are for middle/High school students and also would like to work with anyone who is in college currently.
