About Marvin
Hello everyone!
My name is Marvin and I just graduated a university transfer program in Data Science.
I was in your position not a while ago... I understand how it is hard to be interested in mathematics. The tools in the internet make it very easy to go through math problems. It is reliable, I have to admit, but I KNOW everybody can do it by themselves with a little curiosity!
I would like to teach you "how to learn" math because I won't be in your life forever of course.
~ It's like the saying
"Give a man a fish, you'll feed him for a day.
Teach him how to fish, you'll feed him for life"
The internet is giving you the fish, but I will teach you how to fish.
Everybody can learn anything as long as they have the right questions.
~ How would the doctor fix you up if you don't know where you feel the pain, right?
I will gladly hunt the things that you personally or academically know and put them to good use to understand those you don't know, just like the comparisons I've done above!
Even your hobbies might help a lot, your confidence in your talents will DEFINITELY transfer to your understanding in math. I promise!

I am your friend that you can ask the questions that you are scared of asking in class! (I was there, don't worry...)
I will:
- Identify what you are capable of (using what you know to explore those you don't know)
- Provide a personified outline based on your current struggles (everybody's different)
- Put 85% focus on your struggles and 15% on your known capacity (momentum is key, struggling for too long will be dangerous!)
- Help you go through practice sets (mine or yours does not matter really...)
- Guide you to your own style in order to excel in math questions
- Set aside (a lot of) time just for you :D
