My teaching approach
I believe that English should feel simple and natural, not confusing or stressful. My approach is to break down English literacy and reading skills into small, easy-to-understand steps so students can learn quickly and confidently.
Teaching techniques and methods
I use simple explanations, real-life examples, and regular reading practice. My lessons focus on phonics, vocabulary building, sentence formation, and reading aloud. I encourage students to ask questions freely and I patiently re-explain concepts until they are clear.
Structure of a typical class
Each class usually begins with a quick revision of the previous lesson. Then we move on to a new topic, followed by guided practice such as reading exercises, pronunciation practice, or comprehension questions.
What makes me different as a teacher
I adapt my teaching speed to each student’s level and learning style. My goal is not just to complete lessons, but to make sure the student truly understands and gains confidence in reading and using English.
