  • 1) When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?

Ans: I began my teaching career with Java, which is a programming language after completing my engineering in IT. Even during engineering, I used to teach my friends maths. Some students came up with request to teach maths . They saw huge shift in their scores that encouraged me to continue with Maths and also Physics.
  • 2) Tell us more about the subject you teach, the topics you like to discuss with students (and possibly those you like a little less).

Ans: I love to teach physics by giving real life examples, and also some of the chemistry topics I like discussing with my students. Biology, I like little less which I teach on only request basis.
  • 3) Did you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?

Ans: To be honest, I was really lucky throughout my student life. I am so grateful for I had so many good teachers and they always believed in me and that uplifted me so much. With their support, I have successfully completed my education.
  • 4) What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?

Ans: 1)Genuinely caring about student ,2) Transparent about things student needs to work upon ,
    3) ACCOUNTABILITY 4) Create a safe for student to ask question .
  • 5) Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

Ans: One of my favourite ways to introduce thermal physics to students as through a relatable sensory experience a sizzling brownie served on a hot cast-iron skillet a wooden platter.

When the chocolate sauce hits the blazing hot metal, it boils instantly. I use this to explain thermal conductivity. The metal plate has free moving electrons that rapidly transfer kinetic energy to the sauce. However, to keep the table and your hands safe, the skillet rests on a wooden base. Wood is an excellent thermal insulator because its tightly bound, atomic structure inhibits heat transfer.
By connecting abstract concepts like conduction, installation and thermal equilibrium to familiar desert, I help students Bridge the gap between textbook definitions and real-world science, ensuring they don’t just memorise the material but but they actually master it.
  • 6) What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or still facing in your subject?

Ans: The biggest challenge I faced was visualising the invisible like subatomic particles in chemistry or magnetic fields in physics. Early on Reliance purely an abstract equation made the subjects feel distant. Now I overcame this by using visual simulations and real world analogies.
  • 7) Do you have a particular passion? Is it teaching in general or an element of the subject or something completely different?

Ans: I really like teaching physics and chemistry in a way that makes these students feel these subjects, normal and relatable. I really enjoyed taking topics that student usually find stressful or complicated and breaking them down using simple ,everyday examples. For me, there is nothing better than seeing a student’s confidence grow when a difficult concept finally clicks.
  • 8) What makes you a Superprof (besides answering these interview questions :-P) ?

Ans: what makes me a super pro is that I genuinely love to help. I know that every student learns differently, so I never use a one-size-fits-all method. It doesn’t matter what level a student is starting from, whether they are struggling with absolute basics or need advanced help. I meet them exactly where they are. I have the patience to start from scratch, build their confidence step-by-step and help them succeed.
