About Katherine
I am a Communication Coach and native English teacher with more than 8 years of experience. I am an EFL certified teacher, a certified translator and have a Master's degree in Applied English Linguistics with a specialization in bilingual education and a Bachelor's degree in graduate in Spanish Language and Literature. I am also the Vice President of Mentoring and active participant in Toastmasters International, an organization that promotes and teaches public speaking skills.

The classes are personalized to each student, but generally, all classes are guided by student's objectives and organized as follows:
- I actively listen to the context, needs, challenges and goals of each student.
- I develop a class format with clear commitments for the student and for me as the coach and teacher outside and during class time so that the student reaches their goals as soon as possible in an effective manner.
- I often make recommendations to modify thinking habits and attitude and incorporate new habits to promote consistency and coherence between what the student says they want and what they really do on a daily basis, which is what leads to lasting change.
