About Clifford
I want to teach scriptwriting for TV and film because I am passionate about storytelling and the power of the written word. I believe that scriptwriting is a crucial aspect of the film and television industry, and I enjoy helping others develop their own unique voice and style as a writer. I am well-versed in the industry standards and trends, and I am able to provide students with valuable insights and advice based on my own experience and knowledge as a 3rd year student studying film, television and radio.
I also find it fulfilling to not only be able to help students develop their skills and knowledge in a specific subject matter and watch their progress throughout the class, but to also develop my skill as an aspiring tv writer myself. I believe that the hands-on approach I employ in my classes, combined with my enthusiasm for the subject, will make the learning experience engaging and rewarding for the students.

My approach to tutoring scriptwriting for TV and film is based on a combination of hands-on experience and theoretical instruction. I believe that the best way to learn scriptwriting is to actively practice it, so my classes are structured to include a significant amount of in-class writing exercises and workshopping of student scripts.
Each class is 2 hours long, and as a 3rd year student studying film, television and radio, I bring my own experience and knowledge to the table. I am well-versed in the industry standards and trends, and I am able to provide students with valuable insights and advice.
In addition to in-class writing exercises, I also use a variety of teaching tools, such as video clips, readings, and group discussions, to help students understand and apply different scriptwriting techniques. My goal is to help students develop their own unique voice and style as a writer, while also providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the industry.
I am able to teach both A-level and BTEC students with my approach and I am confident that the students will be able to understand the concept and write a script on their own after my class.
