About Jiawen
Hi!:) I'm a native Chinese speaker who was raised in Singapore, and I am currently studying dentistry in Australia. When I was growing up, I really enjoyed reading contemporary Chinese novels such as those by Mo Yan, Zhang Ai Ling, Yan Ge Ling, and was frequently selected to participate in Chinese enrichment courses and writing competitions in school. I'm really passionate about the Chinese language as well as Chinese literature and history. I wish to share my knowledge and experience with those who have similar interests, and look forward to helping my students to improve in their ability to converse, read and write in Mandarin.
