About HoTin
Hello, my name is HoTin.
I am graduate from UCLA specialized in Psychology and Business economics. I run a emails newsletter sharing insights on life and meaning that I derive from my personal life in the form of stories. I am an avid reader on anything psychology, philosophy, and business related.I have a good understand of individual and social psychology and problem that plagues the world we live in.
A little about my background: I was born Hong Kong, and moved to US when I was 13. I lived and went to school in China, then Australia, the Canada, before settling in New York City. Because of my background I was forced to develop a heighten sense of social awareness across different cultures and circumstance, and in process learned a lot about the way individuals navigate their surroundings. Which I hope to share with you. In many respect, the core of what I am offering here is a journey, for both you and me, to explore the depths of your psychology, and come out the other end a more complete person, making the world better because of it.

I tried conventional therapy in the past, but it was expensive and in many ways didn't live up to my expectations. So what I am trying to do here isn't tutoring necessarily but more so sharing my knowledge and helping you navigate both your inner world and social world that engulfs you in a conversational and digestible manner.
