As a profession, never have done this.
But, as a mentor and a goodwill to a lot others, I have been into active mentoring for over 3 years now, helping peers and others alike to get their first job, informed decision making to help professionals make their move across industries/domains and also provide with the soft skills along with other requirements for making that move up the hierarchy ladder in organizations.

I do not teach. Teaching is boring..!!
I facilitate. Facilitate understanding of necessities (needs v/s wants, practical v/s wishful thinking), facilitate acquisition of required knowledge (to be ready for the first step / for the desired change) and facilitate sprouting up skills and mindsets that would get one step closer to your success.
And all of these not via classes, but, via discussions through one to one connects.
Group discussions are not my thing considering each one of us is beautifully and distinctly different and working the ways towards success for each one of us stands entirely and absolutely different.
And last, but definitely not the least, I am not a teacher to you. I would be the partner who would handhold and counsel you while you make the progress towards your dreams..!!
