About BANASRI
I am pursuing Master of Management for Engineers in Central Queensland University, Melbourne. I have worked as a lecturer in KL University, INDIA for two years from June 2016 to April 2018. I have an post-graduation engineering degree in Petroleum Exploration and Production.

My teaching method is based on five principles: Interaction between the tutor and students, Cooperation among students encouraging group works, Active learning, Encouraging the students and communicating high expectations, Respect each students ways of learning and talents. Before the start of the lesson I give a brief outline of what we are going study. According to me, teaching learning process should not be monotonous. Make the lesson interesting with examples catching attention of students. At the end of the lesson we should take out time for a feedback from the students of what they learnt in the class.
