About Evelyn
I completed my Master’s degree in Music Performance with a focus on keyboard-based instruction and beginner music education. I have over 7 years of experience teaching piano and keyboard online through live one-to-one lessons.
Earlier in my teaching career, I worked at Clear Note Music Academy, Florida, where I taught beginner piano students and helped them build confidence through simple exercises, sight reading practice, and performance readiness. I later taught at Bright Sound Arts Center, New York, where I worked with young learners and adults who wanted to start piano for the first time.
These academy roles gave me a strong foundation in working with students at different levels of confidence and ability. I learned how to make piano lessons easier for beginners who felt unsure at first and how to keep students motivated through gradual progress. I also received a Community Music Teaching Excellence Award for my beginner-friendly teaching style.
I also have experience teaching online and currently work with students from various parts of the world. Teaching internationally has helped me become more adaptable and creative in the way I explain music, which allows me to connect with students from many different backgrounds.

I teach online piano lessons for beginners of all ages who want to learn in a calm, structured, and enjoyable way. My lessons cover piano, keyboard, and synthesizer, and they are perfect for students who are starting from zero or those who already know a little and want stronger foundations.
My piano lessons include finger exercises, hand coordination, note reading, rhythm practice, chord progressions, melody playing, beginner improvisation, sight reading, ear training, and simple performance preparation. I also help students play songs they enjoy so practice feels fun and rewarding.
I work with young children who need very simple guidance, teenagers who want to improve quickly, and adults who are learning music later in life. Every lesson is adjusted to the student’s age, goals, and learning pace.
I believe piano learning should feel exciting instead of stressful. My job is to make music feel understandable, enjoyable, and achievable for beginners.
