About Timothy
I am a skilled pastry chef, specializing in wedding cakes and cake decorating. Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in '09. Working at Ritz Carlton, Hilton Hotels, private establishments, and more. I also spent years studying and working with coffee from bean to cup, as well as chocolate from bean to bar. Started and ran a cafe for years at a resort where I was the pastry chef.
