About Cato
I recently started teaching math to students at the University of California, Berkeley, where I study myself. I really enjoy teaching and really try to work with the student instead of giving all the answers. I like all kinds of math and can therefore help with everything.

I deal with topics in a fairly structured way, but I especially want to do the assignments and sums together with the student so that he / she learns a lot from them. I usually start a lesson by asking how things are going, what math problems the students have and what specific questions they have. Then I look at the questions, assignments and topics they are stuck with together with those students and guide them to the answer.
