The tutor, upon first talking with my kids asked them what method of learning they prefer and what they want to get from the tutor. Which I liked cause every student is different. They worked with me younger daughter differently than my oldest. The oldest is more mature. My younger one has a harder time contracting so they were more active in their approach by using a call-and-response style she calls in that my daughter found fun and engaging.
