About Isobella
I've always enjoyed history because it helps us understand how the world has been shaped by the people and events of the past. Studying History at the University of Nottingham has strengthened that interest and inspired me to share my enthusiasm with others. I want to teach because I know how much of a difference a supportive tutor can make to a student's confidence and enjoyment of the subject. My goal is to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their understanding, and improving their exam and essay-writing skills. I believe every student can succeed with the right support, and I'd love to help them reach their full potential.

I am a history student at the University of Nottingham with a strong academic background, achieving an A at A-level History and an 8 at GCSE history. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, focusing on building confidence, improving exam technique and developing a deeper understanding of historical topics. I aim to make lessons engaging and supportive, helping students strengthen their analytical and essay writing skills. I can tutor GCSE and A-level history students, with lessons typically up to one hour.
