About Ayush
I'm a current senior at Georgetown, majoring in Business and Global Affairs. I've taken dozens of math classes throughout my education; as such, I'm excited to help pass this knowledge down and some of the tips and tricks I've learned to be a successful student. This helped me score highly on standardized testing (36 ACT math, 800 SAT math) and helped me complete curriculum up to AP Calculus BC.

I begin by asking the student what the most valuable thing they want to get out of the session is—whether that's homework, practice problems, or a general concept. From there, I'll try to give them practice problems to illustrate any examples and work through any lingering questions they might have.
I'm open to teaching anyone from kindergarten through high school. Of course, teaching methods will vary from person to person, but the main thing I like to focus on is understanding how a concept works and when to apply it.
Since I'm from the same generation as most of the students I'd tutor, I think I'll be more relatable and able to understand and communicate concepts more effectively.
