About Jordan
I am a 22 year old student at Cambridge University, studying Geography. I took two years away from my studies between school and university with the aim of broadening my horizons. I taught at an international school in Abu Dhabi for a year, which was a fantastic experience and where I learned where I maybe could have improved during my own learning experience for my exams. Outside of academics, I love sport, particularly rugby, football and cricket. I am a very friendly, light-hearted and social person who will make my students feel comfortable. However, I am also extremely determined to make sure any of my students do the best possible and will strive to make my lessons as directed as possible to get the best grades.

- My teaching technique is very much focused on ensuring a student does the best they can do in their exams. This involves focusing on what an examiner wants to see, using past papers and mark schemes to ensure answers are perfect for what the question is asking
- It is also useful understanding the wider implications of a subject. This was something I personally did not understand when sitting my exams but something I have reflected on afterwards
- A lesson would last 1-2 hours
- I have had around 2 years experience as a tutor, with one year teaching maths in a school to children aged 11-18
- Can teach any level, particularly 11+, 13+, scholarship, GCSE and A-Level
